Jenn Lowe
Executive Director

Jenn is committed to using every tool available to ensure all Wyomingites have access to affordable health care. For more than five years, Jenn has utilized strategic thinking and relationship building to support Healthy Wyoming in its efforts to expand Medicaid and, more recently, defend traditional Medicaid. A passionate advocate and dedicated policy wonk, she is always happy to discuss health care disparities and policy solutions.

Jenn received a Masters in Public Administration at Cal State Fullerton. She previously worked as a reporter at the Orange County Register, legislative director for the Association of California Cities - Orange County, and as executive director of the Equality State Policy Center. Jenn is a native Californian but a Wyomingite at heart. Her happy place is exploring the Bridger-Teton National Forest and fly fishing Greys River with her 6-year-old corgi, Tater Tot.
